SHIPPING INFO

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from Burleigh Heads, QLD.

AUSTRALIAN REGULAR POST:

Once shipped, delivery within QLD takes up to 3 business days to metro areas and up to 5 business days for regional areas via regular post.

Delivery to all other states takes 3-6 business days via regular post to Metro Areas.

AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS POST:

Once shipped, express delivery within Australia typically takes 2-5 business days once shipped. Please check your delivery timeframes to your area via the Australia Post website here.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

 

All international orders are shipped via express post which typically takes between 7 - 15 business days once dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE:  Once orders have been dispatched they are in the hands of the delivery service and time frames are out of our control, therefore none of the above time frames are 100% guaranteed. Customers will be provided with a tracking number and it is up to the customer to track their order and follow up directly with the courier if there are any issues with delivery.

 

RETURNS

 

Not loving your purchase? We offer returns on our orders as we want you to love your swim pieces as much as we do!

 

Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from delivery.
  • We do not offer exchanges, however you can return your order for a full refund or store credit.
  • Customers are required to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend keeping your tracking number for your return parcel as any returns not received by us will not be processed.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed with any tags and hygiene stickers in tact. Please try on swimwear with underwear on for hygiene purposes.


**Returns will not be processed if any of these policies are not followed and the item will be returned to the customer at no additional cost.**
